Art Education and Me
My passion for art began in grade school, inspired by a remarkable art teacher whose influence has left a lasting impression on me. This experience ignited my desire to teach art and share its transformative power with others. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children from pre-K to middle school, and I continue to explore creative engagement with various age groups.
Regardless of the age of my students, my commitment to art and education remains steadfast. I believe that art is one of the purest and most beautiful forms of expression, and I hope to cultivate an appreciation for it in all my students.Through art, we can explore diverse perspectives and foster critical thinking, encouraging students to express their individuality. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire a lifelong love of creativity and self-expression in each child I teach.
About
As a current art education student, I recognize the importance of accumulating knowledge and skills while remaining open-minded for the benefit of my future students. My goal is to create a healthy, fun, and inclusive classroom environment where both students and teachers can learn from one another. While I have experience in mural classes and am familiar with sculpture, my greatest comfort lies in painting and sketching. I believe that fostering a collaborative atmosphere will not only enhance creativity but also encourage students to express their unique perspectives and develop their artistic voices.
